Heather Roberts and Terry Depew return for their third season as Head coaches of the Aqua Knights.   They are super excited to continue to grow the program by making it fun and help their swimmers achieve their goals.  Their philosophy is to encourage swimmers to be the best they can be both in and out of the pool. Heather and Terry are long time members of the Camelot community.

Coach Heather is a former Aqua Knight coach, swimmer and lifeguard.  She brings passion for the sport and shares this with her swimmers.   In the off season, Heather is a 4th grade teacher at Illini Bluffs.  Coach Heather grew up in Lake Camelot and currently lives in Glasford with her husband and two kids.  Her daughter is an Aqua Knight swimmer.

Coach Terry has spent most of her life around a pool.  She swam for Peoria High, PAWW and University of Illinois.  Her first coaching job was with PAWW.  She coached several teams throughout the state.  After 30 years of coaching all different levels of swimmers including an Olympic gold medalist, she decided to retire.  The Aqua Knights drew her back to the pool. She gets the most satisfaction when a swimmer accomplishes something for the first time.  When not on the pool deck, she focuses on her bridal seamstress business, TeeDee Designs, Ltd..  She along with her husband, Rich, enjoys the outdoors especially waving to the boaters.  They have two married sons who live out of state.
